FAQ

Is there anyone who really incontinence using the incontinence experience device?

Q.

No, we do not. However, we believe that the moment of completion of the device is when the patient becomes truly incontinent using the incontinence device, and we are constantly working towards this goal (the possibility of making the patient incontinent with the current device are very low).

A.

Do men and women feel differently when they are incontinent? Can the incontinence experience device replicate that difference if different?

Q.

Males and females get wetter and feel differently due to the different position and length of the urethra. The current incontinence device is not yet able to clearly reproduce these differences. Please look out for updates in the future.

A.

It seems that you actually use hot water, but do your clothes get wet?

Q.

The experiencer's clothes and body will not get wet. Since hot water flows into the water bag of the device, you can wear and experience the device while wearing clothes.

A.

How long is the experience time per person?

Q.

It will be completed within 5 minutes including the attachment and detachment of the device.

A.

Does the number of days for renting the device include the number of days for transportation and the number of days for return?

Q.

We will calculate based on the number of days actually in the hands of the renter. For example, if the device is shipped on April 1, the device arrives on April 2, and the transportation procedure is completed by the end of April 3, it will be rented for 2 days.

A.

What is the payment method for the rental fee?

Q.

Please transfer to the personal bank account of the representative of the Incontinence Study Group. If you would like to discuss the payment method, please contact us.

A.

Do I need compensation if I rent a device and it is worn out or damaged?

Q.

If the wear is within the normal range of use, no compensation is required. If it is damaged intentionally or without negligence, we will check the damage condition and request compensation.

A.

Are there any restrictions on the use of the incontinence study group logo and name?

Q.

Feel free to use the logo and name. However, we ask that you stop using the method that the Study Group deems inappropriate, so please take prompt action.

A.
